Our littlebrother loves to go through my wallet, dig out all the plastic cards, look at pictures, open and close the lock. Now I made him his own wallet with pockets for the cards and a small lock out of velcro. I made cards with pictures of things he loves and wrote the name of it too, so A can practice reading. The cards are in pairs, so you can match them as a memory game. Now he can play with his own card for a while, and I don´t have to worry about where my Visa card is.. Tutorial for the wallet you find here.

  3. zzoe: I hope your son likes it too!
Jo: I think when you have kids almost the same ages, like you and me, we follow the same periods of the kids creativity and investigations! The ideas I get for activities and crafts always follow the kids own curiosity and interests. I guess you do the same! All the best!
